Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

www.latexon.com is an online document conversion service company managed by Starlearn LLP. The following is the cancellation and refund policy of Starlearn LLP.

• If the user request for a cancellation within the first two hours of the submission of document for the conversion, then full refund will be made within 48 hours.
• If the user request for a cancellation after the first two hours and before the time of completion of the work the user has chosen, then 50% refund will be made within 48 hours.
• No refund will be made if the user cancel the conversion request after the completion of the conversion which is the time opted by the user.
• Full refund will be made if the company not able to complete the work on time which is chosen at the time of submission of the work.
• If the user provides incomplete information for the conversion and not responding to the request by the company to provide the incomplete information, then no refund will be initiated.
